What is confidence and where does it come from?

Confidence is having firm trust and acceptance in you and your God-given gifts and abilities. Confidence is often understood as a deep trust and reliance on God's guidance and promises. It goes beyond mere self-assurance and is rooted in faith that one's abilities and purpose are supported by divine strength and direction.

Confidence is anchored in the belief that God is in control and empowers you to walk with assurance in your faith, relationships, and endeavors. Confidence in your God-given gifts involve a strong belief in the abilities and talents bestowed upon you by our Creator. It is recognizing that your gifts are not random but purposefully given by God. This confidence is rooted in the understanding that these gifts are meant to be utilized for a greater purpose, and with faith, Christ, confidence, and courage, you can navigate life with assurance and a sense of purpose.

We are encouraged to trust in our God-given abilities. "I can do all this through him who gives me strength." Philippians 4:13 This verse emphasizes finding confidence and strength through reliance on God. It doesn't solely focus on self, but rather on the partnership between your efforts and God's presence.

Confidence comes from emerging yourself in God to the point of full assurance!

Confidence helps us feel ready for life experiences. How you feel about yourself is key to our achievements. Confidence helps us to move forward with people, opportunities, relationships, careers, etc. without fear. With Christ, Confidence, and Courage, YOU CAN DO ANYTHING!

I was born with a skin condition called, Vitiligo, and once lacked confidence, suffered from low self-esteem, bullied, abused, and haunted by my past traumas. I know what it's like to live in darkness, in silence and fear of what lies ahead, but can I tell you that with Christ, confidence, and courage, I've FINALLY emerged from the dark and into the light and I now LIVE!

I am no stranger to fear, shame, guilt, domestic abuse, poverty, single motherhood, homelessness, teen pregnancy, mental strain and sinful living. Can you relate? If so, that's ok. God sent you to the right place! Trust me, you're not alone. In fact, that was the story of my life for MANY years before I discovered my true identity in Christ and the secrets to personal and professional success! Today, I dedicate my time and effort to my calling and YOU reading this are a part of that calling!

I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Excelsior University, but God qualifies me to do what I do!
